The head of the Amalgamated Transit union has indirectly offered his apologies to London's mayor for comments he made that she found intimidating.
Pat Hunniford spoke with Newstalk 1290's Steve Garrison this morning.
He says it was never his intent to make Anne-Marie DeCicco-Best feel threatened.
Commenting that the union would soon be setting up pickets at city hall on Monday, Hunniford said "Anne Marie may hear footsteps coming behind her"
