Charges laid in murder of OPP officer

Charges have now been laid against the man accused of killing Huron OPP Constable Vu Pham.
70 year old Fred Preston is charged with first degree murder in the death of Constable Pham, and attempted murder in connection with the shots fired at another officer. Preston is still in critical condition at the London Health Sciences Centre.
