Driver Charged after Man Jumps from Moving Vehicle

London police say charges have now been laid after a 30 year old man was found lying on Commissioners Road with serious injuries on Monday night.
Police have now determined the man jumped from a moving vehicle on Commissioners at Frontenac Road.
The driver of the van kept going, not stopping to help.
31 year old Bradley William Barnes of London is charged with two counts of failing to comply with a recognizance, disqualified driving and failing to remain at the scene of an accident.
Police say alcohol was a factor in the incident.
The 30 year old man has since been released from hospital.
